Eleven years on the Russian National Fencing Team, culminating in an Olympic Silver Medal at the London 2012 Games, taught me how high-performing teams prepare for pressure. Consistent results come from clear roles, repeatable workflows, and steady execution.

Organizations building AI workflows, managing multi-venue sport logistics, or restructuring operations face a familiar challenge. Breakdowns rarely happen because the strategy is wrong. They happen when daily tools, handoffs, and responsibilities are left undefined.

Drawing on formal training in sport administration at the Russian International Olympic University (MSA), a Master of Physical Education, a Specialist Diploma and postgraduate research at MIIT, and hands-on leadership across LA28, USA Fencing, and AI Start Academy, I build practical systems that teams can run with confidence.
